Delano Bart, Permanent Rep. of St Kitts & Nevis to the United Nations and Chair of the Caucus of Caribbean Community (CARICOM), gives the opening remarks at a panel side event during the 45th Session of the Commission on Population and Development United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC).
