Top Tips for Getting Your E2 Visa Approved

I want to share with you some of the top tips to get your E2 visa approved. One, hire at least one employee prior to submitting your E2 visa application. This is very important because it will send a message to the US immigration that you are operating a real business and that this is not just the way for you to get a visa.
Two, many of our clients ask us about how much to invest. We recommend that as of mid-2017 that you invest at least $150,000 in a business.
Three, we recommend that investment that you made it to the company that you spend at least half of that prior to submitting your application.
Four, recommend that you also have some contracts already signed or some what we call Memorandum of Understanding which means that there is an intention to contract with another party. This will show the Immigration Service that you are moving forward with your business and that you are bringing in revenues or you have the potential to bring in adequate revenues.
And five, we recommend that you have a physical office. Many clients believe that a home office may be enough and depending on the business in with how technology works today sometimes it may be enough but we have noticed from some other applications that that is something that immigration officers highly value. They see that as a way to show that you are serious about the business and that you are ready to move forward with your E2 visa business.
