Adjustment of status from F1 student visa to permanent resident through employment based category or eb3 as a registered nurse. This is the timeline of how I got my permanent resident / green card processing here in the US. My petitioner applied for my I-485 / adjustment of status to permanent resident, I-140 / petition for immigrant alien, i-131 / advanced parole, and I-765 / employment authorization document. Hence, I was able to work while waiting for the approval of my green card. I really did not expect the process would go smoothly due to the pandemic.
