President Biden issued a new array of executive orders. Bidens New Proclamation revoked the Trump-era ban on immigrants who were unable to afford health insurance or pay for medical costs. The health insurance requirement for Greencard and Visa is not in effect anymore. This eases burden for greencard applicants living abroad and using consular processing to relocate to the United States.

Another Executive action allows government-appointed legal representation in immigration court, to represent for immigrants and minorities, who earlier did not have this right.
