This year the government pocketed more than $28 million dollars from the sale of Saint Lucian citizenships via the Citizenship by Investment Program. Passport sale revenue has declined when compared to the $60 million netted in 2019. Chinese nationals again account for the majority of 2020’s granted citizenships. CIP certified citizens are eligible to apply for a Saint Lucian passport which boasts visa free access to more than 146 countries around the world.
