The EB-5 visa, also known as an Investors Visa, allows the main applicant and qualified family members to get a U.S. permanent residence. As of today, minimum investment goes from $500,000 to $1 million.
Congress is looking to increase the minimum investment amount from $500,000 to at least $750,000 as soon as September 30th, 2017.
