GENEALOGY IN SEPHARDIC SPANISH CITIZENSHIP IN 2020, HOW THE REPORT HAS TO BE LIKE ¿

One of the requirements and the main proof of being Sephardic, together with the certificate of the Jewish community, is the GENEALOGICAL OR NAMES REPORT that proves that your surname or your origin are Sephardic.
Who must prepare this report and what content must it have to be valid? Well, this must be issued by an expert person, who has sufficient technical knowledge of Sephardic surnames and names, and either reaches the 15th century or earlier and discovers your specific Jewish ancestor; or that the Sephardic origin of your surnames is well explained, with very well-founded concrete examples of Sephardic ancestors who had that surname.

Many of you, who are in USA, Israel, Mexico, Canada, Colombia, Turkey, Venezuela or other Latin American countries and in other Nations, have heard that it is possible to obtain Sephardic Spanish nationality
If you started your file before first of October, using the 2015 sephardic citizenship Law, you will have until september 2021 to complete all the steps.
And for those of you who could not start the file before October 1st, in 2020 there is a procedure for Spanish nationality by Sephardic origin, with many new elements, which in part was already applied until 2015, but which now has very substantial new points in 2020, and that you do not need a notary or travel to Spain and that, with our professional lawyer card, we can process it for you.
