The EB-5 program is for investors who invest $1 million in a business that creates 10 new jobs for U.S. workers. The investment is only $500,000 if it’s in a Targeted Employment Area or in a USCIS pre-approved Regional Center. Investors who qualify under the EB-5 program can apply for U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident (or Green Card) status.
