Mt. Baker Station is a transit-oriented development located adjacent to the Mount Baker Light Rail Station. The multi-family project will feature a 301-unit apartment building with parking for up to 222 vehicles. Bordering the Project to the east is a Quality Food Center anchored shopping center. To the west is the Cheasty Greenspace – 43 acres of forested park land owned by the City of Seattle. The light rail station is located south of the Project, across McClellan Street.
