What is the level of involvement required from the investor in the project?
This answer varies depending on each investor. The investors that like to be hands on, have the option of actually going to the project site, putting on a hard hat and getting a tour whenever they wish. Alternatively, an investor can also choose to simply receive updates via email or phone calls every so often. Because we are constantly and closely working with the Regional Centers, we can accommodate either option based on each investor preference.
