An earthquake hit Panama, all while a hurricane is developing in the Pacific. It is busy!

A front will lower the rain chance in Belize, but scattered storms remain throughout the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, the Bahamas, and Puerto Rico. Saharan Dust continues for the ABC Islands and Trinidad and Tobago.
