November Visa Bulletin Analysis | What to Expect for EB-2 and EB-5 Visa

November 2022 Visa Bulletin Moves EB2 priority date back 2 years!

The U.S. Department of State released its Visa Bulletin for November 2022.

What does it actually say? What new changes have been brought about in the November bulletin? Are there any at all? Given how the October visa bulletin had relatively quite a lot of changes, how do they hold up to November and what does it mean for the future? These are all valid questions and they most certainly need to be discussed further.

In the EB2 and EB3 categories, we saw the biggest change in the October visa bulletin, the first for Fiscal Year 2023, where the final action dates move from December 2014 to April 2012. This was largely due to projected loss of carry-over family-based visas unused during covid pandemic when American consulates were closed and had cancelled visa interviews.
