In a press conference convened by the opposition Saint Lucia Labour Party, Leader of the Opposition Philip J Pierre cast a stern eye on the state of the economy. Pierre revealed projections made by the Caribbean Development bank (CDB) wherein Saint Lucia’s economic growth is forecasted to increase by less than 3%. The data also indicated that Saint Lucia is one of two counties projected to experience negative growth.
