Another attempt is underway to save Yemen’s transition of power deal.

The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council has gone back to negotiate with President Ali Abdullah Saleh, who has refused to sign a GCC-mediated agreement with the opposition, days after saying that he “welcomed” and accepted it.
