Congress Working president and Nuvem ticket aspirant Aleixo Sequeira has declared that he never had a Portuguese Passport, nor does he hold any property in Portugal or property in Panjim. It is an attempt to block my ticket and the complaint has been filed at the behest of Nuvem ticket aspirant. He however admitted that he had registered his birth in Portugal but subsequently cancelled it.
