Nevis is a small island located in the Caribbean Sea. This stable offshore jurisdiction requires no auditing and no paid-up capital requirement.
The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis is an independent territory since 1983. The legal system is based on the English Common Law.

Taxation in the federation is based on central management and control as well as permanent establishment. Companies without central management or a permanent establishment within the federation, would not be liable for taxation in Nevis.

Nevis offers Business companies and LLC’s. For Nevis LLC’s there are no minimum owners and sole owners are permitted with no nationality restrictions. The beneficial owners and/or managers of the Nevis LLC are not registered anywhere, and they are not required to file any reports in the public records of the island either. No annual or other reports are required to be filed on the public record of Nevis.

For Nevis BC’s there must be a minimum of one director, with no nationality restrictions and there is no requirement for the filing of director’s details at the public registry. BC’s incorporated in this jurisdiction are required to maintain a Registered Agent and a Registered Address in Nevis.

There are no requirements for the filing of annual reports with any government authority. Hence, this offers total confidentiality with regards to the business affairs of the company.
