Grenada is known as spice island, due to its historic trading in mace and nutmeg and has quickly become one of the most popular tourist destinations in all of the Caribbean.

Launched in 2013, Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment programme was introduced to encourage foreign investment and economic development of the country.

With visa-free access to more than 144 countries around the world, Grenada is one of the only Citizenship by Investment programmes that offers access to both Russia and China.

In addition to that, Grenada is the only Citizenship programme available that allows our clients to become eligible to apply for an E2 investor Visa to the US.

So how much does that all cost? Well Grenada starts from $150,000 in the form of a government donation or $220,000 in the form of a government approved real estate project.
