Thailand and Cambodia are the only two countries in the Far East that you can visit but you need to quarantine upon arrival.

Cambodia got a 1 year business visa which you can apply for without leaving the country.

Albania and Bulgaria are two countries in Europe open to the unvaccinated. Americans can visit Albania for up to 1 year and Bulgaria for up to 90 days within a 180 day period.

Mexico and the Dominican Republic welcome you without the need to comply with any covid entry requirements except filling out a simple health form. Visit the two most open and liberal countries in the world.

To live in Mexico for the long term, you need to apply for either temporary or permanent residency.
