Greece, a small country located in Europe, welcomes unvaccinated travellers. US citizens are given 90 days within 180 day period, no extensions possible.
Non EU citizens looking to migrate to Greece can do so by investing 250K into real estate or 400K into a local company.

Costa Rica is a beautiful country located in central America. Unvaccinated travellers are welcome to visit the tropical paradise during this pandemic.
90 day tourist visas are issued to citizens of most western countries. A pension of $1,000 a month is the main requirement to secure a retirement visa.
Croatia is welcoming the unvaxxed. The country known for it’s amazing Mediterranean sceneries and cuisine is one of the easiest places to get residency.
Cebu Philippines is scheduled to reopen to the unvaccinated starting March 1. Those looking to live in the Philippines for the long term can apply for a retirement visa. You need savings of at least $10,000 and an income of $800 a month.
The Maldives is open as well. Citizens of most countries get 30 days on arrival plus an option to extend for an additional 60 days.
The United Arab Emirates allows unvaccinated travellers under strict requirements and quarantine and testing upon arrival may apply depending on your country of origin.
The UAE offers a 10 year visa for those willing to invest $2.7 million into a new company or investment fund.
Travelling to Portugal is possible. Americans and Canadians can stay for up to 90 days within a 180 day period. Residency by investment is available for those looking to invest 500K into real estate.
