The announcement stated that the new regulations will be in effect by the end of September 2021. Since Australia’s Minister for Agriculture, Drought, and Emergency Management, David Littleproud, indicated in June that the promised visa will be available shortly, curiosity about it has been rampant. Based on Minister Littleproud’s statements, we shared an update regarding the Agriculture visa around the time of the announcement, however, the scope of the visa appears to have extended significantly over the previous few months, generating additional spots in other industries.
