Antigua and Barbuda can look forward to the establishment of a powerful, meaningful space programme in the region.

Foreign Affairs Minister Hon. E.P. Chet Greene signed the Latin America and Caribbean Space Agency Agreement Saturday.

The Minister did this while attending the 6th summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States, or CELAC in Mexico City.
