In the middle of 2021, we went to Moldova primarily to observe the campaign for the snap elections held on July 11 – but also to explore the country in an unconventional way.

Guided primarily by the scheduled meetings of the political parties on the campaign trail, we went astray before or after each of them in order to see what’s just behind the courtain in the former Soviet Republic.
