Gulf News and Savory & Partners: Exclusive Insights on “Portugal Golden Visa 2021 Changes”

Savory & Partners hosted a live webinar in collaboration with Gulf News to discuss the important changes being made to the Portugal Golden Visa program. Those who view the discussion will be treated to key insights and informed outlooks provided by an experienced panel of immigration and real estate experts, as well as a forecast of what these amendments mean for those seeking residency in Portugal.

The news of these significant changes to the program first broke in late 2019, when the government of Portugal announced its interest in amending the country’s popular Golden Visa Program. However, due to the outbreak of the global Covid-19 pandemic, these changes were put on hold and were due to be reconsidered at a later stage.

Mid-2020 saw the continuation of these discussions around the amendments to the program, and the go-ahead was subsequently given for significant changes to be made to Portugal’s Residency by Investment program.

We, here at Savory & Partners, are proud to have been a part of this insightful webinar that is sure to provide the utmost clarity and understanding on what these amendments are and the impact they will have on the Portugal Golden Visa program.
